I love this so much. She’s my 3rd baby and I’ve never heard this before even from the older kids. HAD to record it. The last time I recorded Laila she was 3 months old. Now 3 years old, needless to say, she is growing beautifully :)
MOMMY MOMENT
MY BABY is TALL NOW! Awww! She turned that light on all by herself. I saw her do and didn’t think anything of it when this thought just slapped me upside the head and stopped me in mid-step.
“Wait a minute! She is tall now!!!!! She just turned on the light. She couldn’t do that last week!”

My baby turns 2! We went to the Tar Pit Page Museum and had a really good time. Very interesting to learn about prehistoric LA. After run-walking through the museum and rolling down hills, we went home for a birthday dinner, one of Laila’s favorite - pasta. This was dessert.

Laila is sleepy. And learning how to fall asleep right now without her pacifier is proving to be a challenge. I feel for her but I know she can do it ;-) BIG YAWN is her reply… as her cries get quieter and… (cue the player)
